What is BPI eGov?

The BPI eGov is a fully digitized platform that enables clients to pay select government billers, from their BPI deposit accounts.

Who can use BPI eGov?

BPI clients who have savings and checking accounts enrolled in BPI Online.

How do I use eGov?
For SSS, Pagibig, PSA, NBI, DFA, Marina and TIEZA
  • Step 1: File a payment request with the government biller. You should be issued a reference number for use in payment.
  • Step 2: Visit https://bpiegov.com
  • Step 3: Choose your desired government biller.
  • Step 4: Input the following:
    • Main reference ID (the reference number issued to you)
    • 2nd reference ID (name or mobile number, depending on biller)
    • Amount
  • Step 5: Supply your active email address.
  • Step 6: Supply your BPI Online username and password.
  • Step 7: Choose the account you wish to pay with.
  • Step 8: Confirm mobile number for OTP sending.
  • Step 9: Input the OTP received via SMS.
  • Step 10: A successful page will be displayed. You will receive a payment confirmation in the supplied email address.
For other government billers
  • Step 1: Visit https://bpiegov.com
  • Step 2: Choose your desired government biller
  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the Biller portal. Fill out all the necessary information and select "Other Banks via PCHC Paygate" as the Payment Option
  • Step 4: Review your transaction summary and click Submit
  • Step 5: You will be redirected back to BPI eGov to review payment details. Select "Pay now"
  • Step 6: Supply your active email address
  • Step 7: Supply your BPI Online username and password.
  • Step 8: Choose the account you wish to pay with
  • Step 9: Confirm mobile number for OTP sending
  • Step 10: Input the OTP received via SMS
  • Step 11: A successful page will be displayed. You will receive a payment confirmation in the supplied email address
When will my payment be reflected?

Payments will be reflected real time for the following:

NBI, DFA, MARINA, PSA, TIEZA

For other billers:

Posting will be within 2-3 days.

Can I cancel my successful payment?

Cancellation is not allowed. Please coordinate with the government biller.
